Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Processing AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is a community platform for creating, sharing, and remixing generative art built with p5.js and AI-assisted code generation.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide a valid email address to register. You may not use another person's account without permission, and you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the sketches you create. By making a sketch public, you grant the Service and other users a non-exclusive license to view, run, embed, and remix it within the platform, with attribution to you. Remixes and mashups display attribution to their source sketches.
You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, infringes the intellectual property of others, contains malicious code, or attempts to escape the sketch sandbox. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. AI-Generated Code
Sketch code is generated with the help of third-party AI models (the Anthropic API). AI output may be imperfect, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. Your prompts and related sketch code are sent to the AI provider to generate results; see the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the Service, including by circumventing rate limits, scraping at scale, attempting to access other users' private data, harassing other users, or using the Service to generate or distribute harmful content.
6. Availability and Termination
The Service is a hobbyist project provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page, which removes your account data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
